Lots of good restaurants and aperitif places on the canal outside the hotel. Easy access to all the main sites from Tri Archi vaporetto stop outside the hotel. Much cheaper to get a two or three or more days, water bus pass for as many journeys that you want to take each day. Good safe local neighbourhood to wander about including evenings."

"The hotel is well situated - just off the Grand Canal near the Rialto Bridge. Hotel is very comfortable and clean. The staff is wonderful and very helpful for booking water taxis and giving lots of information for area. Excellent breakfast and added bonus - breakfast room overlooking Grand Canal. Also a sitting, waiting room is on third floor overlooking canal. We were able to use that area after our checkout time and while waiting for water taxi to airport."

"The room was very clean and neat. Great view, but room was smaller than I expected. It does have everything you need. There is an elevator wich is wonderful esp. If you have a large suitcase.
