"The communication was amazing, the location was great, the room was very big with comfortable beds. We were staying on the search floor and it was very challenging without elevator. And the room was too hot without air condition. The kitchen sponge was really dirty and there was no hanger in the shower for the towels. Overall tho was amazing"

The only strange thing was that we booked an apartment that had a specific location that we chose because it was convenient and safe. The apartment we got however was at a totally different location where we did not feel so safe at night. "The check-in experience was disappointing from the very beginning. The receptionist barely paid attention and seemed interested only in checking guests in as quickly as possible. It felt rushed, hectic, and far from professional. The room itself was acceptable, but the air conditioning in the bedroom was unbelievably loud and not working.
