"Location on the grand canal across from the train station where the water ‘bus’ stops are, so easy to get around. First night in a single, just a twin bed but a new bathroom and the best shower I have had. Second night, different reservation, larger room with a good shower. Both were clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptional. Looked like a popular place for tour groups and they kept things moving. I didn’t have breakfast or use their restaurant. A bit if a walk to the main tourist sites,...

"建物自体は古いですが清掃が行き届いていてとても過ごしやすかったです。 何よりもスタッフの方が皆さん本当に優しくてほっとできます。お風呂のお湯もちゃんと出ます。冬のヨーロッパは寒いですが部屋の暖房もちゃんと効くので安心です。 サンマルコ広場からは20分程歩きますが、次またベネツィアに行く時も絶対ここに泊まりたいと思います！"

The hotel was very close to the train station and the vaporetto (water bus) making getting around the city easy and convenient. Highly recommend!"

"客室がとにかくエレガントで素敵でした。外の景色は1番右の部屋だったので教会の素敵な彫刻が半分だけ見えたのが残念でした。 次回部屋が選べるなら中央の部屋に泊まりたいです。 そして、フロントの方がとにかく紳士に対応してくれ、困ったことや聞きたい事を迅速に対処してくれ感謝です。紹介してもらったお店も美味しかったです！ またヴェネツィアに来て泊まりたい素敵なホテルになりました。 ただ、朝食の味はもう少し美味しくして欲しいです（^人^）"
