"Fantastic hotel! The location is perfect - Central enough to walk or catch the water bus yet somehow quiet enough for when you want to sleep. The staff is great, particularly at reception. Our room came with a bottle of local sparkling wine included and they also give you a bottle of water each every night. "Almost perfect place to stay for a quick visit to Venice. Just across the bridge from the train station made arrival a breeze, and same for the bus/taxi station, (same as trains), for departure. Totally walkable to everything on the island."

"O hotel é situado bem no centro de Veneza, pertinho da Piazza San Marco. Quarto que ficamos era pequeno, mas aconchegante, provavelmente seguindo o padrão de Veneza. Equipe da recepção foi super prestativa e agradável. Não temos o que reclamar do hotel. Ainda tem um bar bem ao lado do hotel que é bastante animado aos fds."

"Fantastic service, the staff at the desk are very helpful. They helped and advised on how to get around the area. They even helped in arranging a trip to the Munro Island were I got to see Glass getting made and booked a free water taxi to the island. I found this trip to be more enjoyable than paying €90 for a Gondala.
