"We had a very bad experience at HU Roma.
Due to a simple booking mistake, we had reserved one night less than intended. However, the way this was handled was extremely poor. When we returned at around 9PM, all of our belongings had already been removed from our room & placed in storage without proper notice.

"Eu me apaixonei pela minha estadia neste hotel.
O quarto é enorme, banheiro enorme! Tudo muito lindo, limpo e organizado. Eu precisei fazer check in depois das 21 da noite e foi super fácil fazer sozinha através do aplicativo, equipe da recepção foi muito incrível comigo principalmente a Parisa, que realizou meu atendimento de uma forma muito incrível do começo ao fim e me ajudou com todas as questões que eu tive e com instruções sobre a cidade.

"Just a very short walk from the train station, this hotel is incredibly convenient—though we nearly missed it at first due to its unassuming exterior. Being buzzed in and taking the old-fashioned elevator up only added to the experience, as it revealed a beautiful and unexpected space upon arrival.
