"We loved this property as it is down a little quiet street overlooking gardens. If you turn right at the bottom of the road takes your to lots of restaurants and small shops and if you turn left and walk about 120years there is a amazing family restaurant Miraggio with the best food 😁"

"The place was great for our 2 night stay in Rome. It was close to a bus stop which was convenient when getting place to place. They gave us complimentary breakfast each day which was very nice and helpful to jump start our touristing days! They had housekeeping both mornings. It was smaller than we thought, but the AC made up for it! It was very nice having it during the heat wave that was happening at the time."

"Perfect stay in the heart of Rome! I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Napoleon. The location is absolutely perfect — close enough from Termini train station, making it super convenient for arrivals, departures, and exploring the city. The hotel was very clean throughout, with comfortable rooms and a great overall atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. A nice bonus was that they showed the World Cup in the conference room, which was a fun way to relax and connect with other guests. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Rome!"

"This hotel exceeded all of our expectations! We arrived at 7:00 a.m. after a long overnight flight and were warmly welcomed by the staff. They immediately escorted us to a comfortable waiting area with coffee and refreshments while they stored our luggage. We spent the morning exploring Rome, and when we returned around noon, our upgraded room was already ready for us. We also received complimentary drinks on the rooftop bar, and all of the beverages in the mini fridge were complimentary too. Sebastian was especially helpful, taking the time to explain how to navigate the metro system and use taxis, which made getting around a very warm day much more manageable. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, with plenty of options each morning. On one day, my daughter slept in, and the staff kindly allowed me to pack a light breakfast to take back to the room for her. Our room was spacious, spotless, and featured a large balcony overlooking the street. One of my favorite parts of our stay was sitting outside and watching Rome come to life in the morning and the evening crowds pass by at night. Honestly, though, the exceptional service made this a truly wonderful place to stay. I won't be staying anywhere else in Rome!"
