"Casa Guttmann is in right location near the tourist spots in Centro Storica. We feel safe and secured in this place. Our room is so clean each day of the entire stay. All staff are so friendly and very accomodating with superb hospitality. Special mention to the ladies Princess and Dianne at the front desk and likewise the cleaning lady who are excellent in redering their service. The manager is so kind to assist us. Signor Marco greeted us, filled us in on where to go for dinner, arranged our ride to the airport, and even arranged for us to get a quick breakfast before the dining room opened because we had an early flight.
