"I was not satisfied with the service I received. I booked a room for four people, but upon arrival, I was told that although I had paid for a room for four, only two people were allowed to stay. This made no sense and was very frustrating. I was then charged an additional €80 for the two extra guests, which I find completely unreasonable and unacceptable. "Really cool room. Very modern design and features. The In-suite sauna was very relaxing. Remote control fireplace and ambient lighting for the shower really created the right ambiance for my fiance and I. The shower was very spacious which was unlike our experiences at other hotels during our stay in Italy. The staff was very communicative and accommodating. Great location as well as we were able to access most things by walking or very short taxi rides. "
