We also asked for our complementary Prosecco to be delivered, and it was never delivered or followed upon. I didn’t bother to ask them again. One morning we asked for a taxi cab and one of the staff members pointed outside to us to get our own, the taxi driver we selected ended up giving us counterfeit money as change. All other times staff had called a trusted cab service. A plus was the connected rooms and the complimentary breakfast. I would not stay here again, but over all it decent if you want to stay close to Trevi and local shops and restaurants. "

"Simply perfect. Simone at the front desk was a gem. I wish every concierge was like this. He was extremely articulate with directions and suggestions. Room was large and bathroom was spacious and modern. We asked for more towels and got them in 30 seconds. Buffett breakfast was outstanding and the view from breakfast was fantastic "
