"Everything about this hotel is as advertised. The staff are very helpful and spoke English very well. They provided good restaurant reservations and enabled early check-in for a fee. We had booked an extra night after our original reservation and had to change rooms which was fine. When the day came they moved our (packed) luggage for us while we were out. "I was not satisfied with the service I received. I booked a room for four people, but upon arrival, I was told that although I had paid for a room for four, only two people were allowed to stay. This made no sense and was very frustrating. I was then charged an additional €80 for the two extra guests, which I find completely unreasonable and unacceptable. "Our triple room in the annex building was very spacious & quiet. The location was excellent - right on the square overlooking the Pantheon. The tv was at least 65-70”, but the audio was in Italian so we didn’t understand it. Staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. They assisted with our luggage, arranged for a taxi to the airport, stored some of our baggage which simplified our early morning departure. Excellent hotel!!"

"Really cool room. Very modern design and features. The In-suite sauna was very relaxing. Remote control fireplace and ambient lighting for the shower really created the right ambiance for my fiance and I. The shower was very spacious which was unlike our experiences at other hotels during our stay in Italy. The staff was very communicative and accommodating.
