Amazing property centrally located with impeccable staff. Loved the Roman Baths - a must do while staying at the property. A nice break from the hustle of the city.
Amazingly designed hotel
Great feel of elegance and class
The marble everywhere is stunning
The rooms are comfortable and the staff are very friendly and attentive
Ideal location for being able to walk around in the town centra
We had an incredible stay. The staff are the best asset to the hotel. Friendly and professional.
Stayed in a standard deluxe room. The room was spacious, very generous storage and beautiful design. The tv was set up for us to cast to in 2 simple steps so we could watch our shows from home in bed after a lot of walking. Pod coffee machine, kettle
The location is perfect for being about to just wonder from the hotel.
Only very very small things I could even find to pick at - the conditioner left my hair sticky and weird (even after trying a second shower to rinse out again) so I would bring your own and the coffee maker is kind of awkward to use as you have to pull it out of the cabinet to be able to lift the handle. I would say I’m a fussy customer for lux hotel so the fact that these are the only negatives I could find says a lot
Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The interior design is stunning, the staff wonderful and the little touches such as the infinite complimentary drinks and healthy snacks makes the stay a true pleasure.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay at Six Senses Rome
We had a wonderful stay at the Six Senses Rome. The location is perfect, easily accessible and just a short walk from Via del Corso, with countless shops, bars, restaurants, and attractions nearby.
The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. The staff were attentive, professional, and always willing to help. The restaurant offers excellent food, and the rooftop is simply beautiful, providing a fantastic atmosphere to relax and enjoy the city.
The hotel combines luxury, comfort, and an unbeatable location. We highly recommend it and would gladly return on our next visit to Rome. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This was our first time staying at a Six Senses hotel and we will definitely consider staying at this hotel brand for future travel. The staff were hospitable, kind, and helpful. The food was excellent. The amenities were great.
Amazing hotel and incredible staff. Room was on the smaller side but it was well equipped and cozy. The spa treatments are incredible and the Roman baths relaxed. A fabulous and rejuvenating experience.
Six Senses is a beautiful property. We enjoyed our stay. The hotel includes a free breakfast. The spa features a Roman bath. This is a free for everyone who is staying at the hotel. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay so much I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing and walkable hotel in Rome.
Nothing too much trouble. Very friendly staff. Excellent food. Coffee second to none. Try the spa after a long day walking, site seeing, well worth the effort, so relaxing. A very chilled place to stay.
Six Senses was exceptional across all venues from the porters to the check in, breakfast hosts, and rooftop bar staff. The room was excellent and a welcome treat at the end of a two week vacation across Italy. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a memorable experience that also is in the center of Rome.
The hotel is beautiful and very well located. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Disappointing Value and Inconsistent Service
We stayed at Six Senses Rome for one night after finishing our cruise. Having stayed at many high-end hotels, I found the experience disappointing for the price.
The service varied dramatically. The doormen and most of the staff were very kind and welcoming, but a few employees were noticeably unfriendly. In particular, the woman greeting guests at breakfast had an unpleasant tone and facial expression. Her words may have been polite, but her expression and manner conveyed little warmth and made us feel unwelcome.
The room amenities also fell short. There were two guests, yet only one container of drinking water was provided. The hair dryer looked worn and performed worse than the one I have had at home for ten years. At this level and price, I would expect a premium hair dryer, such as a Dyson or something comparable.
The slippers felt like thin pieces of fabric. Even a little water soaked straight through them and left my socks wet. They were far below what I would expect from a luxury hotel.
Cleanliness was another concern. The room appeared clean at first glance, but closer inspection revealed dirty areas, particularly in the bathroom corners and around the shower frame, as shown in my photos and video.
Most disappointing was how certain staff members made us feel. Their attitude left me wondering whether racial bias played a role in how we were treated. That was my personal impression, but it was uncomfortable and affected the
