"Comfortable room, good location, great service."

"The staff was all very friendly and helpful. They are 5 star! The hotel was clean, the room itself was comfortable. I felt very safe there. My only complaint I have is that the bed was VERY firm to the point where I was unable to get much sleep for the 3 nights I was there."

"The location of the property is great. Their breakfast was really good compared to others."

"Muy limpio todo y buena ubicación"

"Excellent stay, fantastic location would recommend."

"Great"

"Interesting rooms. It’s definitely different. Not a lot of space, not a lot of outlets, bathroom had no shelving, no wash cloths and it was loud at night. Walls are super thin and the room is not spacious. Breakfast was an additional $15 for coffee and pastries. Which isn’t a big deal but if you are an eggs and bacon person, this is not for you. Staff were rude and less than informative and when I do was given it was with an attitude. I would not stay here again. It was about a $15 taxi ride to...

"Great location. Staff was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and service to get taxis for us."

"Thank you to your hotel staff."

"The Cross was ideal for a two night solo business trip to Rome. I had a clean, good sized room with a balcony and the breakfast was perfectly good. The pool is tiny but the surrounding bar area is a nice, relaxing spot in the evening. Manzone metro station is about a five minute walk away and, if on holiday, you can reach the Coloseum in about 25 min on foot. Would definitely stay there again, especially at the rate I paid on Expedia!"
