Excellent customer service, front desk very helpful and friendly. They answered all questions and gave recommendations . Very clean rooms and hotel Breakfast outstanding with all your favorites there. Looks like recently remodeled elevators. Hotel has a very good location. Walking distance to train station and other places. Many restaurants around , St Mary Maggiore Basilica. Its steps away. 100% recommended .

The hotel is very nice, the breakfast is very rich!! The place where the hotel is located is horrible insecure, garbage everywhere criminal who are always in the opposite part. The shops in front of you are super unsafe hopefully this hotel would be in a better place,😔

Very close to Termini and easy to find ghe hotel so thag you can arrive late without worrying about finfing youf hotel. Hotel is clean but quite basic. Breakfast was very nice. I recommend this hotel if you are budget-conscious travellers and seeking convinent location.
