Opening the windows to see the canal was a relaxing experience, specially in the morning when is only the neighbors walking the dogs and the streets are empty. "Great location for the beach, and a quiet area. The travel from here to Venice was a bit of a walk, and the bus taxi is about 30 minutes to get to the train station. However, everything else was great!"

"The property is located in a really handy location near the railway station, taxi piazza and water buses, but down a smaller alley so away from the hectic crowds. Staff were very friendly and accommodating with an early check in and slightly later check out as well as recommendations. Room was a good size and very clean, with a great buffet breakfast offered. "Great location, waking distance from the train station but in Venice there are steps everywhere and it is not a suitcase friendly city!!! The room had a beautiful view of the channel. The breakfasts were great and worth the $16 EU pp. Depending on your room, there may not be elevator access all the way up. Ours needed stairs and elevator to get to the room. Employees are very friendly, respectful, and helpful. Thank you Stefano at the desk and the Egyptian man who helped us with our suitcases...

"I booked and paid in full for a stay at Hotel Indigo in Venice. Unfortunately I developed a medical disability which precluded my trip. They have a ZERO refund policy, even when requested well in advance of my arrival date. For an international chain - I find this unacceptable."
