"The location of the hotel is great if you are taking vaporetto. The building is new and modern.
Breakfast was good, with wide variety of choices.
The staff seem short handed, only one front desk was on duty during busy check in/out. When I arrived, the soap/shampoo was empty/not restocked.
Staff had limited knowledge of transportation and gave me wrong information (please double check the info for yourself). "

"The hotel is beautiful, especially the common areas, which are well-maintained and create a great first impression. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the area.
