"Great property, very conveniently located to the Venice train station and great food options around it. The rooms had everything one would need and decent size and what a view of the canal. The mattress was comfy, loved the heated towel rack. I liked how both the rooms had full size mirrors. The breakfast was very high quality and delicious my kids loved it. Will definitely stay here if I ever travel back to Venice. "

However, the rooms are quite small and feel a bit outdated. While the room was clean, it did not match the the rest of the property. The main issue during our stay was the air conditioning. The room was very hot, and despite trying multiple times to adjust the temperature, only warm air was coming out. This...

"Breakfast was great, fresh, plenty of choice. Just a shame you have to pay extra for omelettes. Room and view was amazing. Staff were so helpful, recommended some great restaurants. Great area to stay in. Would definitely stay her again."

"Upon our arrival, there’s no electricity at the hotel so we couldn’t check in properly and had to wait until very late in the day. We even were not allowed to use the hotel toilets at the time. Once we checked in finally, there was no hot water, no wifi. 😭"
