"Everything was perfect, but the bathroom had a step that I kept injuring my toe. Other than that, would absolutely recommend. Close to train station so you don’t have to get a taxi or have someone bring your luggage unless you want to."

"Room was small but comfortable for the two nights we stayed. It was perfect location and only a few mins walk to train station."

"The staff are very friendly and welcoming. However, the breakfast is very limited and disappointing. There is a serious problem with the hot water in the bathroom. The water suddenly becomes extremely hot and can burn you without warning, which is very dangerous. The mattress is extremely hard, and the pillows are old and uncomfortable. Overall, despite the lovely staff, the hotel needs significant improvements in comfort, maintenance, and especially bathroom safety."

"Location couldn’t be better. It was clean. Breakfast was good"

"Great location!! The view of the Rialto Bridge from their lounge and breakfast area are fabulous!! We had a fantastic check in experience with a room upgrade, too. We had an early flight before breakfast, so the kind lady at check in prepared a great breakfast take away box for us and arranged our water taxi. She even escorted us to the taxi which was very helpful. Bathroom is a bit small, but location made up for that!! Would registry there again."

"The room was comfortable, beds are very. good, location is excellent, 3 minutes from vaporetto stop. There is a good supermarket in the adjacent building."

"Close to everything. Comfortable beds and friendly staff."

"Fantastic balcony right on the grand canal!!!"
