Walking distance to the main tourist attractions and plenty of nearby restaurants. We appreciated the friendly, helpful staff and the hotel aesthetic which blended classic regal opulence with whimsical elements.
From the airport, you can pay extra to reach their private dock by a water taxi (much faster) or take the water bus to the Zattare stop. It’s a short walk...

You also obtain a 10% discount on the very popular and tasty pastry and coffee shop which is attached to the hotel. "The room was small but adequate. Looks like it had been updated recently. USB-C plugs on the wall beside the bed. 5 min or less walk to San Marco square. 5 min walk to Rialto bridge.
The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were nice. Breakfast was included.

While we were staying there were a few concerts at the Circus Maximus and we were able to enjoy them from one of the restaurants near the apartment.
