"Valentina is lovely!! She made sure our stay was truly wonderful. I can’t say enough great things about her. She was so kind and friendly. My husband and I actually said it spoiled us for the rest of our trip because no host or hotel has compared to her loveliness. From setting up super easy airport pick up, restaurant recommendation, answered all my random questions via WhatsApp throughout my time there! We checked in off hours and she gave us explicit instructions which made it super simple....

"Staff are trying their best. Have to call out the night front desk guy (I think Marco?) Sicilian with bright orange glasses. He gave us the best restaurant recommendations and we ended up having a 3 hour dinner at the best restaurant in Venice. It's just the insane luggage porter and water taxi setup is actively overwhelming them. Constantly having to direct people to ATMs, calling for porters, it's all too much. Hotel was very clean. Only place I've stayed in Venice without visible bedbugs....

"The apartment was perfect for what we needed - great location a couple of minutes from Academia bridge, clean and nicely appointed. Whoever did the modernising was not a perfectionist in terms of finish! But everything worked well and we enjoyed it enormously. The support we got from administration before out trip was excellent and the staff at the sister Hotel Nani Mocenigo Palace were absolutely delightful, friendly and helpful."
