"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "

"Room was clean and the property is beautiful with some beautiful artworks. Staff was nice and pleasant. The older people working there are amazing, and the young can definitely learn from them. Simon was especially wonderful. When I checked in I was not told about the pool nor did I use it- I would have liked to take a peak at it for sure though! The hotel rooms are comfortable but they sorely need a coffee machine! A Nespresso would be ideal. I would visit and stay again. "

"From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we reluctantly left, the staff treated us as if we were in their homes. The door staff was friendly, helful and always available. The breakfast team were incredibly talented. The food, service and serving ware were all perfection. The room was spacious, quiet, very clean and well appoin ted with lovely amenities, linens, towels and products. We will find a reason to return...if there were more than 5 stars to give we would give them!"

"The apartment was perfect for what we needed - great location a couple of minutes from Academia bridge, clean and nicely appointed. Whoever did the modernising was not a perfectionist in terms of finish! But everything worked well and we enjoyed it enormously. The support we got from administration before out trip was excellent and the staff at the sister Hotel Nani Mocenigo Palace were absolutely delightful, friendly and helpful."

Before we even arrived, Alice was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed arranged, even double checking a couple of days before to make sure our airport transfer was confirmed in case they needed to help us arrange one. We arrived a little before check in, and we were immediately shown to our room - again by Alice. She was absolutely wonderful...

"Charming little hotel, clean and very well preserved. Location is great, close enough of Piazza San Marco, but away from the mobs, close to Piazza Giglia and in front of a beautiful basilica you can admire while having breakfast. There is a stop for the vaporetto a couple of blocks from the hotel so that was also very convenient. Breakfast was delicious. Last but not least the staff was very friendly, kind, and accommodating."
