"The location is very convenient , very close where the water taxi drops you off , the price from the St Lucia Station to the hotel is 75€. Elia service was amazing, he helped us from the beginning till the end with the information and even with our luggages. The hotel is so quiet, location is perfect, is so clean and amenities are perfect. Ideal for couples.

"The breakfast included in the room was the best breakfast we've ever had! It features amazing fresh fruit and freshly baked apricot croissants, chocolate croissants. Incredible cappuccinos with heart shapes, and a squeezer to make your own freshly squeezed orange juice. The eggs and meat were amazing as well. Maid service was excellent, our room was extra tidy and clean every day. The courtyard patio and rooftop terrace were beautiful and the room itself was very spacious for a European hotel...

"I liked it because it was a quiet area away from the crowds. You could take a traghetto to san.marco side or walk for an extra 10 minutes and cross at a bridge. It was definitely less crazy and less touristy. The stores nearby also sold more artisan items and not touristy items, perhaps its because of its proximity to the Guggenheim museum. The room was nice and on theme, washroom was modern and clean. There was ac! Although I would've like some instructions on how to ventilate the room better. "
"The hotel was lovely and the Receptionist was so helpful with our difficulty. We could leave the bags there whilst touring Venice. Just beware that the check in instructions are not always accurate, they said we should go to the Terino to book in but actually we were fine going straight to the hotel.
