Dear Mr Ruiz we're sorry that your stay was not confortable.... We're sorry that you didn't read all the information you can find on Expedia about the size of the economy room you booked.... also after the reservation an authomatic message informs you that the rooms are accessible only by stairs. About the professionality of the personal, as we have 2 Hotels it's not so easy to recognize each customer you see days before :(. Regards

Merci pour votre commentaire. L'annexe est située à 20 mètres de l'hôtel comme dans la description. Nous sommes désolés que vous n'ayez pas aimé la confiture mais ce sont des produits que l'on retrouve dans la plupart des hôtels. Nous vous rappelons qu'en plus des desserts, des croissants et du pain frais, il y a aussi du jambon, des œufs, du salami, du fromage, des yaourts, des céréales et même des produits sans gluten....Salutaions de Venise

Dear Josephine, thank you for sharing your experience. Regarding the old carpet, we guess you are referring to the annex. So we want to inform that from january 2023 the annex is going to be completely restored so you will not find carpet anymore. as far as the smell is concerned we don't know if you are referring to the toilette. We always remind the guests that we are 24 h at disposal for any kind of problem.Best Regards

You never sent us a message maybe asking to change the date of your holiday as you were not able to come ... you just spent time wrote a negative comment although you have never been here...We think your behaviour is not correct. Dear Claire, we are very sorry about your complaint but we are disappointed that you have never been to the reception as it is very important for us the cleaning service as you can see from other reviews. Anyway you had the room that you have reserved and descriptions and photos of any room type are well specified. As far as mosquitos are concerned, this is a problem of the summer season when air conditioning is on and so you don't need to open the window. As you can guess, it it very unusual in the end of october, when air conditioning is off beacuse of italian law for energy saving but this year the wheater has been crazy and temperature was higher that usual .
