This property has to be the WORST establishment I have ever stayed at! When I say rude, passive & dismissive staff. I had paid for an excursion and sent the staff my location I was going to so my cab could be called by them. They disregarded my request and had the cab drop me to a different excursion company they tried to sell to me. The cab sped off and left me which then at that moment I realized this was not the company I booked, this one was closed. I was then STRANDED on the side of the road sitting on the sidewalk in the sun, as a tourist! Thank God my boyfriend was with me, if not I don’t know what type of danger I would have been in. After an hour of waiting I finally found my own ride back to the hotel (dangerous, but I was drained and ready to just end my last day). Be advised I now missed my excursion to which I had already paid for. Once back at the hotel you would think they would be apologetic, the manager never once came out to speak to me they ( he or she) kept playing telephone with the staff behind a thin wall I would hear. Service there was horrible, you would wait 30-40mins before any would even acknowledge you at the bar. At one point my boyfriend waited 45 mins for his drink to be brought back AFTER the food was already delivered. The last day my frustration was just through the roof and I guess staff seen that once I asked a bar tender to acknowledge me after 25 mins standing and waiting— his response was the finger , as in WAIT ! DO NOT BOOK! Run!
