"I stayed for four nights celebrating wedding anniversary and had a great time but I had a few things that I wasn’t aware before going … there was not a lot of entertainment and the restaurants would only allow you to eat 1 appetizer and 1 entree and 1 dessert and I had ner experienced thjj in s at an all inclusive my understanding was all inclusive means if I choose to eat 2 entrees or 2 appetizers I should be able to do so but other than that it was good"

"I have terrible experience checking the from desk personnel was not able to help with my needs, I requested to speak with the Manager, never showed, I asked many times to speak with, they always believe to in meetings, I not recommend to use these hotel, I have birthday plans with a large family and friends, a friend olso celebrating birthday, did have issues with their event."

"Overall, we had a good stay at Kunuku Aqua Resort. The cleanliness was good, and the resort felt well maintained. The amenities were average, but the new water park was amazing and definitely the highlight for kids — they had a great time! The food and drinks could use some improvement, as there wasn’t a lot of variety and the quality could be better. Still, it’s a nice family-friendly place, especially if you’re traveling with children.”"

The views are amazing it’s close by to downtown shopping district local eateries, great ocean view dinner and dancing movies etc. I would recommend and definitely stay again. However the dining area in the hotel the Asian manager was rude and I would not recommend eating there not worth the price and being hassled by her. Several guest complained about her."

"Horrible customer service , I advise to watch reviews off of Expedia . They are money hungry and from reviews off Expedia people say they charge extra for everything, air condition you have to watch usage or you going to be knocked with a bill. I had some issues where I was called to service ( my country ) I asked to switch dates nobody found it gracious to switch dates for me . They totally took my money and insisted the booking was non refundable . I get it but to push the dates back. Those...

"The resort is located on a gorgeous piece of land connected to the mainland by a bridge, with access to a beautiful white sand private beach on a narrow straight of turquoise water sheltered from the waves of the open ocean. Our room was perfect, with a walkout patio leading to the pools and the ocean horizon as a backdrop. The faculty were friendly, very helpful and attentive. "The hotel stay was amazing! The staff from the front desk and the bar/restaraunt was amazing. The room was clean and had the most amazing view. The pool area was very relaxing. The food and and drinks were great! The pina colada and the truffle burger, and truffle fries were my faves! The only downside is not having an elevator, however, there are only 3 floors so the stairs weren’t horrible. Other than that, this place is top tier, and I would definitely stay here again."
