"My family and I had a rough arrival day but after I voiced my concerns, the staff was very attentive and very helpful in fixing the situation. Outside of that, the resort was nice, clean and the staff was very nice."

"The rooms, the property and the staff were great! Not super close to the city but a great location to explore the northern beaches. The fine dining at JFK was lovely (Razil was great!), the Salty Iguana was fun and breakfast buffet very good."

"This hotel is located in the heart of everything. We practically walked to Restaurants, Museums, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The island is very safe. We felt so safe that we took public transportation to the beach and the aquarium. Our floor had a Starbucks and a man made beach ..."
