"Property was overall quite good.- some areas such as restaurant could be updated. We were under the impression it was convenient to shopping centres and for those of us who are from out of town this was not the case. Providing a shuttle service from the airport would have been helpful however to the airport was excellent thank you. "

"Very clean rooms, stayed in Spa suite but didn’t use spa but it looked very clean. Excellent in room facilities and room service, great size TV with built in chromecast, we had dinner at the bistro, nothing to rave about but good size. Will definitely stay again, very lovely reception team :) "

"Fabulous room. King bed and plenty of space. Very clean and comfortable. And very affordable for Double Bay. Fabulous location too. Parking could be a problem but we found spots pretty easily. "

"Online booking was efficient. Face to face at the reception was friendly. Quiet area. Our car was parked in off street parking. We were fortunate to receive an upgrade to our original booking. The take away pizza from the restaurant was great. All in all our experience of this Hotel and Canberra was excellent and made a memorable time away for us."

"Reception and housekeeping staff courteous and welcoming. Room 4 was not worth the $130.50 paid - it was a box room - lower standard 3star - tap surrounds leaked black ooze & water hammer each time used - the room was clean and bed comfortable and shower hot - the continental breakfast fresh and inviting."

"Good parking space, the building was a bit old but they did a good job of refurbishing, room was clean and space, friendly staff, they do have a laundry wash machine just there’s no place to hang your washing"
