"Do not rent this property!!! It is not up to Champions Gate Standards. When we arrived the house smelled like a body was in it. We eventually found old meat in the oven covered in maggots. The place looked like squatters had been living there. The beds were not made. Old food was in the fridge, the pool was dirty. Furniture is old and bad condition. We were no allowed early check in but once we got there had to wait 5 hours for a cleaning crew ( a man his wife and his 5 month old daughter) to...

"Checking in was easy as the info was sent to me the day prior to check in. We didn’t know what to expect except number of bedrooms, bathrooms & pool since they combine all photos of all their houses on every listing. If you don’t care what to expect then not a big deal, I like to see exactly what the house looks like but didn’t realize that until after arriving. The house was clean & ready for us. "Unfortunately, when we arrived we found: the beds were broken, the trash cans were full of old garbage, the bedding had a bad smell and was yellow. There was one afternoon when the door code mechanism stopped working and the Villa could not be locked. We risk leaving it like this since all this will harm our itinerary.
