"While the room decor was dated and worn, it was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was excellent, making check in and out fast and easy. We were early and we were willing to come back later but they made it work, offering an upgraded room away from the hockey kids. Short walk to waterfront and many great restaurants and pubs."

"Overall the facilities were clean, if rather dated. The staff were friendly, efficient and accommodating. There was very limited dining in the area, but the large grocery store right across was very convenient. We requested and received a room with a shower stall. However, the stall had no shelf to put our things, and there were no handrails for support. As a person with mobility issues, it is unsafe without handrails, and a shower stool to put my things on or sit on would negate the need...
