"Best thing was the pool.and sauna. Rooms need updating. Sofa beds hava a gap between the two mattresses where children can get hurt. The desk clerk was able to provide a mattress protector that we used to fill this gap so our children could sleep safely. "

"Building and rooms a little tired. No air conditioning and when asked receiption about the loud banging noise in the air circulation unit was just told to turn it off! "The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "

"Gorgeous property on the outskirts of Edinburgh. We had a young family and found it perfect to relax after a day of travel around the city.
