"The experience was first rate and the attention to service was outstanding. The property is not far from the ferry port and the city of Waisai which makes for an easy transfer and the ability to see the city for a change of pace. The staff worked very hard at making sure our stay was comfortable and they were very attentive to any of our questions about the area. Sea kayaks and snorkels were available for the stunning sea life and coral in front of the property and this was all free of charge....

"Super hyggeligt hotel med den mest vidunderlige beliggenhed, roligt of fredeligt. Dog virker det som om hotellet ikke rigtig er vågnet op efter Corona. Kun begrænset betjening i receptionen og kun meget begrænset engelsk kundskaber. Buffetten lidt pudsig og et lille og halvforkølet udvalg. Men smilende og hjælpsomt personale. "I missed a window. The room was ok, had a fridge but not working... Airco and bathroom were good, although small bottle of toiletries. I had hooped for breakfast some more European food, such as yoghurt or chocolate creme."

"This property was trying but hallways were smoky and our room did not have hot running water. The safe and refrigerator did not work. The air conditioning did work and we were grateful for that. The breakfast was Indonesian which was ok, but would have liked a non sugary cereal and fruit juice."

"I’m sorry I’m from the west where things are very different. The one small cafe in the lobby has no service and people chain smoking in it. Wanted to have a quick cocktail to watch sunset from rooftop and aside from beer which I just don’t like and soft drinks you have to buy an entire bottle of alcohol! I understand wine csn go bad but rum doesn’t! It’s a total Muslim thing. The lobby has a very rare red spotted ray in a bare tank with no space to move it’s horrific and how many divers come...

"i think you need to read past reviews with a grain of salt. Similar to some Amazon reviewers, there are folks that just can't be satisfied. If you've ever stayed at a Motel 6 in the US, this place is leaps and bounds better. Sure, it lacks amenities, like a shelf in the shower for shampoo and soap. And if you demand a western-style breakfast, get over it - your'e traveling....in Indonesia...and it's free. If you're a budget traveler, this place rocks"
