This hotel is in a fantastic location with incredibly friendly staff-Jimmy who made every effort to ensure we had the best stay possible. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The room was offered at an incredible value for money and I would recommend anyone stay here if they get the chance.

Such a great stay and very nice city view from the balcony room. Staff was amazing, thank you Max for your helpful and accommodating, 100% recommend for anyone who is going to stay in Hanoi.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Clean rooms, timely housekeeping, good breakfast as well. Very convenient location. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Max, Alex, Jimmy. They did everything possible and impossible to make everything at the highest level. I will definitely come back here.

Hotel is located in the center of the old quarters. The room is quite good with very strong power air conditioning. Hotel staff were absolutely awesome, they helped us find good restaurants and nice attractions. Thank you Max, the manager for his kindness, He offered us a room for late check-out without any fee. Tour is booked at hotel also great, they sent email to us and arranged for us wonderful trips to Halong Bay, Ninh Binh. We loved it very much!!! It was really really fun :)

Great hotel, large rooms and very friendly staff, especially Mr Jim (reception). Near to tourist sites, walking distance to train street and cafe Giang egg coffee place. Would come back in future and highly recommend

The location was great. A lot to see just around the hotel. Walking distance to tourist sights. Value for money. Jim was very friendly and accommodating. There was a good selection for the breakfast buffet.

I like the location of the hotel. It is near to every nearest attraction in the center. The breakfast is good too! Jimmy and the staff are nice and helpful.

The hotel is located in Hanoi old quarter which is very convenient. The facility is brand new and clean. Also the staff-JIM is very friendly and they are willing to give any help during my trip. Overall I have a pleasant stay.

Good value and location. Clean and comfortable
Good location, Great staffs, comfy beds and clean washroom. The front desk is really helpful and can help you to book tickets for other attractions. Good breakfast options.

Very affordable hotel with fantastic staff and brilliant location. Jimmy and Alex were so helpful and friendly, always up for a chat. Very comfortable bed in the bedroom, air con, laundry service and tasty breakfast. Right in the centre of Hanoi old quarter. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I love the hotel's location (walking distance to the cathedral, to Hoan Kiem Lake, to the original Cha Ca la Vong, and to the night market); the staff are the best (Melody and the rest are awesome and super helpful); and the breakfast was adequate. I will choose this hotel again on my next visit to Hanoi.

I had a lovely stay, enjoying it so much I ended up extending. The staff were incredible and always helpful a shoutout to Jimmy for being a great help always. The room was everything I could ask for after a long day of travelling. Breakfast was set up well and had everything you could want. Finally the location is perfect being located in the hussle and bussle of it all in a busy street there is always something to do or see. I would definitely stay here again :).

For the price it was very good.nClean, very comfortable bed, good breakfast. The guy-Jimmy on the front desk was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.

This hotel is an excellent choice. Good location and comfortable bed! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Mr. Jim especially went out of his way everytime to help booking tours, recommending places to eat and fixing a minor problem with the TV. I actually booked another night at this hotel solely because Mr. Jim was so helpful...

My husband and I stayed three nights. One of the most welcoming hotels we have ever stayed at. A week before we arrived, the hotel reached out to us to find out if we needed a taxi from the airport and offered discounted rates for tours. We were coming from another part of Vietnam so we did not require the taxi and we had already been on the tours they were offering, so we did not take up the tour offer either; but it was nice to know it was all available to us. The actual hotel is well situated and the rooms and breakfast were fantastic. The staff were attentive and keen to assist. Jenny ‘our’ receptionist (as she was the one who welcomed us on our first day), was super helpful.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful with planning for everything from the Water Puppet show, Ha Long Bay tours, and what to see in Ha Noi. Breakfast was delicious and the location was very close to Hoan Kiem lake, which was convenient. They even were super flexible about adjusting our stay when we missed our flight connection to Ha Noi - I would definitely recommend you to stay here.

The location was perfect for all we wanted to see in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. The staff are just exceptional. They go out of their way to help. We never usually book things through hotels but the staff booked our transfers to Sa Pa for the same price we could book online and even made us a packed lunch! They also kept our bags for the time we were away. The place is clean and has a cute charm. Just loved our time here

I really love this hotel in Hanoi. It has a good location, very close to night market and center. Moreover, surrounding local food is delicious and diverse! The staff is excellent, friendly, and helpful ( Jim, Jenny and Sully)

Nice hotel in the center of the old town. Close to shopping, restaurants and tourist attractions. Restaurant breakfast was good. Staff was excellent. Did have to move rooms due to electrical problem.

Hotel features a Royal style. The breakfast is delicious and diverse. You can early check in in the morning if the room is available. Jimmy and Sulli are very kind, asking them if you have any question about the famous destination. The hotel provides excellent service. However, the prices are slightly higher during the holiday season. Halong and Ninh Binh tours were excellent, with well-planned excursions that allowed me to explore the area's hidden beauties. I can't say enough about this hotel and its excellent service. I will come back here soon!

Best hotel in hanoi, I had a great time! The location very close to the lake and old quarter. Sulli in particular was amazing, so kind and friendly. Halong bay and sapa booking the trip from Jimmy and I would like to recommend to anyone come to stay and booking the trip from here. Highly recommend!

Very happy that we stayed here. The rooms are big and clean. The breakfast are delicious and the coffee is great. Location is superb, walking distance to many attractions and with lots of good food around. The staffs are friendly. We'll definitely recommend this to my friends.

I booked this hotel and a few others for my 3week stay in Vietnam. By far the Hanoi Royal Palace 2 is the best for staff, guest interaction. I want to make a special call out to Jennie who was absolutely fabulous with her communication and support with all my questions before and during our stay.. all the staff were extremely helpful, rooms and food were all excellent.. thanks guys 👍

The hotel is located in the middle of the Old Quarter, bustling city! The property is a bit old but clean. The staff were warm and courteous It's a good thing to experience the hustle and bustle of this vibrant city! Close to everything you need and people are accomodating.

Lovely little hotel close to everything. The staff was extremely helpful with recommendations, laundry, and booking car service to the airport. Breakfast offerings covered both western and local tastes. Definitely recommend.

Jimmy at the reception was warm and eager and we were immediately given our room. It had modern furnishings and was wonderfully comfortable. I loved our stay here and wished we could have stayed on more. The location is really great too!
