The staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good, elevator works, the room was comfortable.

We loved our stay at Jade Scene. An unexpected highlight was the multiple roof top decks by the pool, overlooking the city and listening to night music.

Great hotel
Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were really amazing, very friendly, provided very high end service by giving extensive recommendations and making bookings to make the most of our stay. Couldn't hear any karaoke or bars at night so that was a major plus in a strategic area. The room was clean and very spacious. Highly recommended!

Mina is amazing! She explained everything about Hue, what to do, prices and options. Thank you for everything! Hotel should have her a raise for the incredible customer service. Sehr schöne und angenehme Unterkunft und die Atmosphäre der Unterkunft ist äußerst zufriedenstellend. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und sehr liebenswert! Bei Fragen jederzeit zur Stelle. Die Unterkunft war gut zu Fuß erreichbar und es gab viele Cafés, Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe. Sehenswürdigkeiten konnten mit Grab gut erreicht werden. Der Pool könnte etwas sauberer sein, aber das zieht die Bewertung nicht runter. Alles in einem ein sehr schönes Hotel und das Personal steuert dazu bei!

Great service
The location of this hotel is great. The staff are amazing. Very help and very happy. Room was big. They also have a clothes washing service. The massage therapist was also amazing.

A little bit of haven in Hue.
What a great hotel. Down a little ally right next to the weekend walking street. Lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Shopping and laundry too. (try the Secret Lounge just up the alley) Outstanding service always with a smile (thank you Ni) and a comfortable room with great a/c. Refreshing pool on the roof and a good breakfast cooked to order (80k dong per person). The hotel staff will give a quick rundown on available tours with no pressure when you check in. Great place to stay while in the ancient city of Hue.

Great hotel for location, staff, and price
Our room was big, comfortable, and clean. They provided flip flops, bath robes, local brand water bottles, toothbrush/toothpaste and the usual toiletries. They also have an area on the rooftop and you can bring your own food/beverage to enjoy. The staff was very helpful, enthusiastic, and energetic. They recommended many places to have local Vietnamese food and places to check out—they wrote all of this down on a map of the area. They can book tours and car services for us, but they were never pushy. Someone was always around to greet us when we left or entered the hotel. The breakfast they provided were delicious. There were Vietnamese food and western food. Examples: bun bo hue (Vietnamese noodle soup), pate, cheese, sausages, steam veggies, fruits, omelette, scrambled eggs, crepe pancakes, and many types of fresh fruit juices (loved the dragon fruit juice and the mango fruit juice) that taste like blended fruits with no added sugar, yogurt and so much more—this is not the kind of complimentary breakfast you will ever see in the U.S. I highly recommend this hotel. There are many great restaurants, coffee and boba shops. It was about a 20 min walk from the Imperial City (the walk was nice; there’s a park, a promenade, and pretty bridges and it was safe to walk at night). Also recommend these hair salons: Phantom Men’s Hair Salon for men a block away and Hair Salon Lee Khánh for women a few blocks away; about USD $4-$8 for highly skilled hairstyles.
