Everything went well until the check-in, they gave me and parents broken bathtub that leaking the water everywhere, i called the service, the lady saying that someone will come to fix the bathtub, some came but he doesnt know what to do so he called his friend, and still both of them doesnt know what to do, they said they need to go downstair to get the sparepart and they never come back until i called them back through the Honors phone call, they came back to fix and still have no idea how to change the hose. So they went down again, keep doing that for another 2 hours.. whoever duty Manager on the 9 of February 2024 was totally useless and not competent with his responsibity possibly is not even qualify as manager, He still wont give me another room after waiting 2 hours for the repairman to fixed the bathtub. With all the scene finally they gave me another room. If they gave me in the first place this wont happening.
The breakfast so basic, we stay 5 days and 4 night, the breakfast everyday the same.
2 receptionist lady try to mocked when i did the check out after all the scene are created by your duty manager.
The hotel are old, i wouldnt believe they claimed as luxury hotel 2023, or Malaysian hotel standard probably go down the hill if this hotel is a luxury hotel.
Regret to book our vacation in this hotel, some of the staff really nice, feel sorry for them to work under un-experience manager
Find another hotel and you will thank me later. Unless you want drama
