호텔이 살짝 골목 안쪽에 있어 크게 시끄럽지 않음. 나트랑 시내와 굉장히 가까워서 밤에 야시장이나 길거리를 돌아다니기 굉장히 좋습니다

Initially booked in for 2 nights but enjoyed the hotel so I extended by another 3nights, Excellent rooms,excellent shower,excellent beds and pillows and excellent breakfast price wise you can’t really beat this hotel I expect to be returning to nha Trang sometime later this month and I’ll be looking to stay here again

Very friendly
They were extremely nice, immediately replied to my request via the chat of hotels.com and let us enter the room well in advance to the check in time. The hotel is very nice and in a very convenient location.

You pay for what you get
When you enter fans are running so it feels cool, but when you head to your room hallways are left without air running, and rooms are not cooled down before arrival. I felt itchy from the pool, water looks murky not sure if it is cleaned out. As we had a family trip all our rooms were booked on different floors and we booked three rooms in total. My room I could not call out to other rooms and was told it doesn't work when clearly the phone was when tried and called from my parent's room to our room. When I showered first night water went from warm to lukewarm to cold not sure why, in the end the best part was the food for breakfast, I was disappointed with the gym, it's extremely small. I'm not sure how anyone can work out in such hot heat. We extended our stay in Nha Trang, but had to rebook with somewhere else. For the price pay a little more you are better off elsewhere if you plan to stay long. We stayed 2 nights in Ventana and another 2 at a different hotel, am so glad we did. The experience was totally different. Will only be back if for a quick stay. The place is convenient to go out for food, which is nice.

가성비 최고 나트랑 시내 호텔
나트랑 공항에서 픽업서비스 편하게 이용했고 레이트 체크아웃도 오후 세시까지 프리로 해줘서 서비스 완전 만족했어요 조식도 괜찬아요 가성비 최고임 그리고 시내 맛집과도 가까워서 위치도 좋아요!!

It is located in the center of the city, so it is good to go around, and the staff is friendly and clean. However, one thing that's unfortunate is that the shower booth is dripping slowly. But my family enjoyed a happy trip enough. I will visit again next time. I recommend it!

Little Gem
Great brand new hotel and in a great location. Its not in the heart of the beach nighclub section which means you can have some quiteness at night. The staff were very helpful and knew us by name. They greeted us everytime which was lovely. Spacious room and bathroom and very clean. The pool was amazing and stunning view. The kitchen closed at 9pm so if you wanted ice you could not get. The fridges also didnt keep the drinks cold. A little hard to find as its new and google maps didnt find the address properly. Overall it was a beautiful hotel and enjoyed our stay.

Superb hotel
This is a fantastic hotel with all the amenities, a great location, a lovely rooftop infinity pool with a magnificent view, and top-notch service. I had a big problem: I realized on arrival I had left a lot of money in various denominations, as well as credit, bank and other cards, in the room safe of my previous hotel in Danang. Ms. Thuy, the manager, was on top of it immediately, contacting the other hotel and arranging for an electronic transfer of the converted money, and the cards to be sent by courier. And she refused a monetary token of my appreciation, saying it is her job. All the staff was wonderfully welcoming, friendly and helpful. My room was very comfortable, the air con whisper quiet, lots of English and other western stations like CNN, BBC, France 2, DW, on the TV, blow dryer, hot water in the shower and bathtub. It is in the center of the beach area, a short walk to the beach, full of restaurants and convenience stores, yet very quiet inside. Breakfast is a great buffet with a good selection of Asian and western foods. My one minor disappointment is that, like all Vietnamese hotels and many others elsewhere, they have very full, plump pillows which I do not find comfortable as a side and stomach sleeper. I would definitely stay here again ad recommend to others.

장점 : 신축호텔이라 깔끔하고 깨끗!!! 가격대비 조식 괜찮음 단점 : 1.골목에 있어 찾기 어려움. 신축이라 그랩기사님도 잘 몰라 근처를 헤매다 겨우 찾음. 2.조식당이 매우 협소하여 아예 일찍 가거나 아예 늦게 가야함. 3.냉장고가 전혀 시원하지않아 직원분께 이야기 하였으나 담당자가 없다며 내일 룸으로 와본다하더니 다음날에도 말이 없어 다시 이야기 함. 그러자 어제 있었던 직원이 아니라서 본인은 모른다함. 다시 밤이 되어 맨 처음 만났던 직원을 다시 만나 이야기하자 낮에 근무한 직원이 담당자라며 내일 다시 그 사람에게 이야기하라며 계속 미룸. 4.에머니티를 4일동안 한번도 채워주지 않음 (첫날 샤워후 면봉 사용.그다음부터 계속 채워주지 않음. 첫날 비누를 뜯어 사용하고 아이가 손을 씻다 변기에 빠트림. 그다음부터 계속 채워주지 않음) 저렴한 가격대비 청결점수는 높으나 재방문 의사 없음.

Great location
The staff here is so kind and accomidating. Always helpful and smiling. Rooms are nice and clean. The only thing was gym. Really no working equipment. Sauna and pool were nice. Breakfast was average, but did the job. Excellent location. Can walk everywhere.

Location is close to. Night market and beach. And the rooftop swimming pool is amazing by its view and cozy facilities there. The breakfast is nice. Anyways, everything is nice there!

골목 안쪽에 있어 실망할뻔 했는데 직원들의친절함과 객실의 깨끗함에 만족스러웠습니다.주변 이동도 쉽고 맛집도 많구요.베트남 숙소에 비해 아주 저렴하지는 않았지만 깨끗하고 조식도 만족스럽고 다음번에도 또찾아가고싶은 호텔이었습니다

Hotellet verkar väldigt nybyggt fräscht , bra Wi-Fi dock bodde vi på 20 våningen av 21 o den enda vägen upp eller ner (trappa vid ev brand ) var igen murad??? Otroligt mycket kineser o buffén till frukost anpassad för kineser , dock väldigt hjälpsamma med transporter etc

Good and clean hotel for a short trip
The hotel is in a side road which makes it quite during the night time. Clean and comfortable Nice room, a lot of sunlight Staff are very friendly Breakfast is ok for some days. Only bad point was that the Hotels.com Map showed a different location. We had to walk 200-300m down the road.

4인가족 여행을 위해 예약. 룸컨디션은 나쁘지않았지만 4인가족 숙소로는 좁은듯.의자도 딸랑하나.냉장고는 시원하지 않았음.직원들은 친절. 위치는 골목안에 있어 찾기어려웠지만 맛집과 가까워 다니기 편했음 조식 별로임

룸컨디션은 최고입니다. 정말 깨끗하고 안락했어요. 웰컴프룻도 있고 조식도 맛있었어요. 직원들도 정말 친절하였습니다. 위치적 접근성도 좋고요. 수영장을 이용못하고 와서 아쉬웠어요. 다음에는 좀 더 오래 머물고 싶어요~~^^
