"The hotel is conveniently located in great area within walking distance to shopping and dining. 10 minute walk to the beach right along promenade de Anglais. My only issue was with the lack of help with luggage upon arrival up 4 flights of stairs. While it was mentioned briefly in the description, it was not very clear as it was communicated as “ 4 steps to entrance” when in fact you have to carry your luggage up 4 flights in your own to get to the actually hotel door. The rooms are nice...

"歴史を感じさせる風格を持った宿屋であるものの、それ故施設設備には問題を感じた。特にエレベーターがないことには注意が必要。仏国内からの小旅行や若いバックパッカーならともかく、日本でいえば3階の部屋まで自分で大きいスーツケースを上げ下ろしするのは、シニアの旅行者には厳しかった。 部屋内部はきれいに掃除されているものの、エアコンが古くて音がうるさかった。真夏は覚悟が必要。 シャワーは途中で温水の温度が下がり、使用中何度か温水を止めて再開することを繰り返した⋯など。 朝食はシンプルながら室内、小庭園いずれでも楽しめた。スタッフは人によって対応に違いがあった。食堂担当者はたいへん親切でフレンドリーだった。"

"Only positive this about this hotel is the location. Close to everything. Rooms are the smallest I have ever stayed in. Barely could fit in the room with 2 adults and 2 bags. Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything from the hallway, to outside, to the next door room. This is a boutique hotel with no amenities basically. Room was generally updated, though just ok. 1 elevator for the hotel. You have to pay for your own water. If you are a light sleeper, look elsewhere. I would not stay here...
