I knew getting the place that there is no front desk and even though they give you detailed accurate instructions as to how to use the QR code to check in, it is a bit of a learning curve. "This apartment is located in a quiet area, yet close to shopping and restaurants. The Bourse Metro station is at the end of the block, there is an excellent bakery on the corner, perfect for breakfast, or take away salads and sandwiches.
