"Not all the terrace rooms are the same. Mine was right next to a walkway to one of the restaurants and had little privacy. Overall a very nice room though. Loved the bluetooth speaker! North americans may be surprised by the little water pressure in the shower."

"Our favorite place to stay 1-2 nights. BP needs major renovations. Leaks, rooms need deep cleaning, bathrooms could use makeovers.....Furniture aroun the hotel needs to be disgarded to make spaces more comfortable for guest to enjoy outside their rooms or on patios. Other boutique hotels are becoming more attractive as they are newer or have completed their makeovers. We love the Palacio, but would like to see and feel more up to date upkeep. "

"We had a studio with 2 beds. Beds were comfortable, a basically equipped kitchen with a good size fridge. A nice pool and a quiet upscale neighborhood with lots of restaurants nearby Very secure. Excellent value. I would stay again."
