Friendly staff, great hotel, just a minor on the age of child who need to pay for breakfast. It should be 6 instead of 4.

Nice, quite new hotel, but in the middle of nowhere. Beach was unfinished. Staff is extremely friendly.

Absolutely amazing stay at Angsana Ho Tram. The accommodation, activities and facilities were all high quality and well considered. I particularly loved getting a new scent and treat placed in our room by housekeeping everyday - all part of the sensory experience emphasised in Angsana. The staff were all warm, attentive and informed. The only drawback is that the area is still being developed, so there’s not much to do outside the resort without booking a day tour.

I mostly give five star on my reviews as I always appreciate the services given to me. However this property need to improve their services as such listen to customer reasonable request. I would not recommend this property. There're better properties nearby, for example the InterContinental with much better accommodation experience.
