"A genuinely fantastic experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The service throughout was impeccable. The room was wonderful and spacious with fresh towels each day. The spa is brilliant and if you have the chance to join an Aufguss session we would strongly recommend it - it was great! I will point out one person who stood out… Ervis! A great example of perfect hospitality. He is knowledgeable on wine of the region and just a genuine nice human.
