"It was a truly perfect stay! TY was incredibly helpful and kind. If I have the chance, I would definitely stay here again. It's relatively new, so it was clean and spacious, which was nice. The food service for lunch, dinner, and breakfast was excellent, and the gym and spa facilities were all excellent.:) There's also a shopping mall right in front, so it was convenient to be able to walk there. I highly recommend it!!"

"Alex at the front desk during check-in was exceptional. Hugo at guest services… Well, who can’t say anything bad about him? He’s been there forever and he remembers everybody. Overall, the staff is great. A few goof ups here and there, but we’re human and people screw up. It’s not a big deal. And when errors were made, they always made up for them."

"Stayed for the LAM. It is very close to shuttles and finish line. Room had a microwave coffee maker and fridge perfect for race prep. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a sliding door to the sink area which my husband appreciated with the 0400 wake up and get ready. Got a cookie from the cafe on the first floor and bc it was broken they gave us two cookies. It was tasty. "I’ve stayed here twice in the past room. The room, the lobby, the courtyard - everything about this hotel was thoughtfully designed. It’s like 1930s Hollywood vibes. The staff are friendly, there is a lovely little breakfast spread every morning, and it’s in a very walkable area. Highly recommend!"
