"O quarto fica bem em frente a recepção. Deixavam a TV com volume alto. Viam vídeos no celular com a também com volume alto. As vezes até cantavam e assobiavam. Acho que isso não são atitudes de pessoas que trabalham na recepção de um hotel. Ainda mais com quartos ali bem próximos. Favor orientarem as pessoas que estão ali."
