"I wasn't sure what to expect having read some very mixed reviews. The one bedroom apartment was bigger than l thought it would be, the large queen bed comfortable, as was the sofa bed, with the kitchen adequately stocked. I had brought my own washing up liquid, dishcloth and soap, having read some reviews about the lack of such essentials. If l were being picky, I would say the availability of a toaster and a kettle (for all the tea drinkers!) and additional cups etc would improve many of the...

"The staff at this property took excellent care of us. They were patient, kind, and helpful. The food was very fresh and flavorful. The shower was a little difficult to get working properly but we figured it out in the end. Really loved the view from the balcony too. 10/10 would stay again. "

"Great place to visit and experience. Olive oil processing on site, winery also on site, awesome restaurant on site. Beautiful and quiet active farm with beautiful gardens and views you will not believe. A tuscan manor house and property that is remarkable and fun to experience. Everyone was accommodating and gracious and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying the stay. "

"Great stay in a great location away from the hustle of the city. Bus stops connect you very quickly with Pisa, and you can walk to all shops and beaches within a few minutes. Loved the layout of the apartment, would definitely recommend. "

"Checking in was easy. Elisa was very helpful and friendly, she answered all my questions and she kept in touch with me before checkin, to make sure we knew exactly where to go. The property was beautiful! We loved our view from the kitchen window. The apartment was well stocked and the pool was lovely. My husband had a nice chat with the owner and said he was very informative and friendly. We loved our stay at Belmonte and we were sad to leave such a beautiful place."

"Very friendly managers. Good location. Everything as advertised! We had a 2nd floor apt with balcony. There is a nice shared patio on ground floor. Minutes from both train stations. Terme has be devastated by covid and hence fewer tourist. We stayed a week and made trips to Firenze, Luca, Pisa. and alto. Small but very nice."
