"When I arrived to check in, I was informed that the room I had reserved was not available. The staff were not helpful in resolving the issue, and when I requested to speak with a manager, my request was denied. Given the lack of assistance and accountability, we ultimately decided not to stay. I’m extremely disappointed with the experience."

"Achei que fossem quartos maiores pelas fotos, mas é bem pequenininho, e não tinha vista nenhuma, rsrsrs! Mas estava muito limpo, e a cama era ótima, bem novinha! Tinha tv mas não pegava nada. Sinal de internet ótimo. "
