"Great and comfortable place for family and friends stay. Was walking distance to Santa Barbara state street. Would only say that unit does not have AC so it’s was super hot due to the high heat’s for that weekend. Other than that our stay was perfect. "

"Most of the time, the pictures make the rental look better than it is. In this rare case, it was the opposite. The pictures made the place look fantastic, but it was even better in person. Very clean. Very luxurious. Private entrance and garage. Multiple private balconies. Everything is within walking distance. Great for families with kids. Couldn’t ask for a better location. "
