"It doesn't look so bad from outside. Then you walk in the lobby and are hit with an overpowering air freshener smell- what are they trying to cover up? The front desk guy was friendly and nice. Got to the rooms (poolside was nice) and the sheets had hair and dirt all over them, floors were far from clean, bathroom and tub needs a good scrub with some bleach. Some towels were crisp and white, some were incredibly dingy. They were haphazardly hung on the bar- you can just tell the housekeeping staff doesn't care. Air conditioner was nice and cold but very noisy every time it turned on. Pretty sure there was blood on the sitting chair in the room. Noisy neighbors. Sketchy people in parking lot. Pool area was nice but water was chilly. Nice to have checkout at 11. Overall I would definitely spend a little more and stay elsewhere next time."

"When I arrived at the hotel, they told me there were no rooms available and that even though I had paid, I had to leave. They oversold the hotel! How can I get my money back? This is the second time they've done this to me."
