"The George Inn was an excellent choice for our first night in England, due to its proximity to Stonehenge and the reasonable cost. All staff were attentive and helpful. "only 4.5 miles away from the visitor center. Lovely, spacious, clean room and very comfortable beds. The host stocked up the refrigerator and provided other breakfast items generously. There were several options for dinner within a couple minutes of walks. No ac. Did not find wifi either. Everything else was perfect. We left our luggage in the hotel to visit Stonehenge. "I booked this for my family during my wedding and wow is all i can say. The soace was stunning and Harriet and Giles just could not do enough for us. I was blown away by theirckindness and generosity. To the point at which they let us put my wedding cake in the fridge. Honestly the best hosts ive ever had. "The owner is very nice! We had great time stay here . Room is comfy and clean . The park is peaceful and quiet. Nice walk in the forest, good fun in the swimming pool. The park has own restaurants and bar and convenient shop. But Sainsbury’s supermarket and patrol station just 4-5mins away drive and also the Mc Donald’s is very close . Very convenient! "

"The owners are a lovely couple who cannot do enough to make your stay memorable. The bedroom was excellently appointed. The shower head was a little slow as it was suffering from lime scale. The location of The Swallows is brilliant as a starting point for all the attractions in the area. Top marks."
