"It's a good place for the price and it is easy to come and go as you please. It's close to South pier, on the tram route into Central Blackpool and bus routes to Blackpool and Lytham and Blackpool South railway station for Preston and beyond. Fairly quiet and there are nearby facilities."

"The breakfast was excellent and the activities for up to 12,s was excellent. The bar an coffee bar was excellent. The only thing that let it down the cleaning it was not quiet up to my standards,a bit dusty in the corridors an the games room. But over all we had a brilliant few days."

"Room was a big size and everything I needed the staff were friendly and accommodating. The parking was a bit tight however was able to park both nights I was there. It is in the town centre so loads to do great location and very quiet at night"

"When I tell you this is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in, I mean by a mile. The owner was horrifically rude suggesting myself and my friend were there as sex workers! The place was filthy, blood on the mattress."
