"The room is clean, but the first room I moved into had ants in the bathroom. So they moved me to another room. The room they assigned me originally was on the first floor, but it that isn’t the main floor and it is two flights of stairs. There is no elevator. The next room was the first I moved into to with the ants and it was down stairs, less steps but still no convenient especially with 2 heavy bags. The third room was still in the basement area rooms (street level supposedly) but no exits...

"Very run down and poorly managed hotel. Tv didn’t work, shower curtain was covered in mold, No clean towels as the took ours and couldn’t replace them for two days. People coming and going all night making a lot of noise talking in reception area that is right next to the rooms. Staff didn’t seem to care we didn’t have any towels for to days and hardly any sleep due to them talking loudly all night and playing music "

"Everything was ok for the money, the only negatives were the automatic door pusher in my room was no functioning properly, it kept slamming my door with brutal force and I assume the other rooms had the same problem because I kept hearing doors being slammed. "Een prima hotel op een steenworp afstand van het station en slechts enkele minuten lopen naar het centrum. De kamer was ruim, evenals de badkamer. Het personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Minpuntjes: geen lift en een erg smalle trap. De elektriciteit was erg langzaam (dit gingen ze uitzoeken) en de WiFi viel regelmatig weg. Maar absoluut een aanrader. Mocht ik weer eens naar Oxford gaan, zal ik zeker weer kiezen voor dit hotel."

"The property was on a quiet street but near a main road with restaurants, a Tesco and a Boots nearby. Our room was renovated with a beautiful bathroom with monogrammed towels and bedding.
