"Staff was understanding but the motel was bad shape. Stairs to go upstairs were sticky and dirty. Floor had burnt marks, the bathroom vent was extremely loud you can even hear the next door room do the same. Bedding had hair and stains, we did target trip to buy mattress protectors instead of using their bedding. We ended checking out early due to this, a refund was processed but has not been refunded to me. My family members all got theirs. The manager was respectful and kind but the place was...
