"We stayed for 3 nights and on our return the first night the hotel was locked . Supposed to be 24 reception. No sign of anyone. We eventually gained access via the car park. In the 3 days we stayed housekeeping never came to our room. Water never replaced, towels not changed. However the worst part of staying here is the fact that it is not where it appears on the Hotels.com map but it actually around 2km further out of the centre of the old town. Had we known this we would never have booked 2...

"The pic that was advertised on their listing as 'View from the property' (tables and seating on a deck overlooking the river) was definitely NOT there! Blatant lie. The pillows were hard, huge, and uncomfortable for sleeping on. Under the bed had never been vacuumed, so very dusty. Smells of sewerage came from the bathroom. The staff were not very friendly... rarely acknowledged me ... couldn't speak English (not great in hospitality). I stayed for a week and they wouldn't let me check out one...

"Went to stay at Mad Monkey for 3 days in the shared dorm for the doublebed room for couples. It was some lovely people and very helpful staf. It has happy hour for 4 hours a day, you get a free drink when arriving and they have aircon in the rooms. The rooms are still warm but feel quite private.
