"The villa that we booked and paid for was denied us. There were 2 men sitting cross legged eating their curry on the floor when we arrived and they said they knew nothing of our booking. Just within the check in time the builder/ owner turned up and said the booking was cancelled by the supplier and we would be refunded. He was callous and unapologetic. "First time in Goa , staff couldn’t do enough for us very polite and accommodating, room as exspected basic but clean ,good quality matress but firm , road outside very noisy day and night. Beautiful swimming pool very polite and helpful staff especially Thomas and clita, bottles of water delivered to room every morning and rooms cleaned whenever you wanted, great location great price. We will definitely be returning."

"The hotel was exactly as expected- lovely pool - nice rooms great location with a very short walk to a fabulous beach with a couple of bars - small supermarket nearby Nice staff and management- did not eat evening meal in hotel but a number of great local restaurants a few minutes walk away- a few miles from cavalossim - expect to pay between 400 to 600 which is a little high but due to the taxi monopoly that’s going on at the moment "
