"We arrived exhausted with a baby in arms and they wouldn’t accept our reservation. Either the lady was too lazy to look, or there is a problem with the app, or the hotel doesn’t work with the app anymore but the listing is still here. Either way they wouldn’t let us stay and the lady was very rude. She didn’t even bother trying to be accommodating. Now this app won’t give me a refund as if I just chose not to stay there instead of being turned away. I had to book another stay and walk across...

"It is quite unbelievable that you get such value these days, especially at a tourist hotspot. Hot showers, WiFi, free breakfast, comfortable beds, booking airport transfers etc. They even hold part of your luggage for you if you are traveling elsewhere for a short visit and don't want to lug everything! All for $10/night. If you want full privacy, this is not for you. Else this is a no brainer!"

"El hotel está bien en general es lindo, tiene bonita vista la cocina y está en subida, céntrico y con bonita caminata de ida y vuelta al centro. Es importante considerar que al ser rústico se escucha mucho el caminar en la habitación, si no te genera problema entonces está bien. La razón por la que le pongo 4 es porque un día no había agua y se reparó después de las 10am, y otro día no hubo internet."
