"We only stayed one night but enjoyed how close it was to restaurants and shopping. The staff were very helpful. Great Breakfast selection. "

"Staff were very kind and helpful! They allowed us to store luggage prior to check-in so we could get an early start to exploring the city. The manager explained the history of the building and helped us with finding places around the hotel. The place was so clean and the rooftop terrace was beautiful. Great location and would highly recommend it!"

"Everything is excellent. Lorenzo at the reception is a blessing. He exceeds expectations in support and kindness. All the staff do their best to help you, the cleaning lady and the kitchen man, also the reception man at night. The location is amazing. You can walk to the train station and at night you enjoy the dumo after the crowds. The terrace has an amazing view. "

"Ubicación inmejorable y a buen precio! Hermosa vista . Buen servicio de limpieza y mucha amabilidad por parte del recepcionista, quien nos permitió ingresar a la habitación previo al horario establecido y nos ayudó con nuestras maletas. Lo único a considerar es que no hay recepcionista todo el tiempo, y que hay que subir varias escaleras para llegar al cuarto ya que no hay ascensor. Fuera de eso todo excelente, lo recomendamos!"

"This is definitely a budget hotel. For what we paid, we received excellent value and service. The rooms were clean (though minimal) - cleaned daily with fresh towels, the staff all very helpful, the breakfast more than adequate, and even though the walk to the downtown core a bit further, (25 min to ponte Vecchio) - it was certainly manageable. Easy to airport.by tram, and bus stops for other travel. "
